I own an ice cream shop and wanted to bring back the taste of Good Humor strawberry shortcake, chocolate eclair and toasted almond and needed the crumble topping. That's when I found Yum Crumbs. I ordered the small bags to try them out and they were perfect. I call my treats bombs because I make a ball of ice cream and cover it with the crumbs.
